Dream Vegas Casino
When looking for a new online casino, it’s often about how many boxes they tick. Often, it starts with the legitimacy of a service before then going through their welcome bonus, game types, customer support, and more. Well, Dream Vegas’s license from the UK Gambling Commission removes all worries over legitimacy. Now, we can go through the many other features of a good online casino to see whether they’re worth our time (or not!).
When we signed up for Dream Vegas, we found the process only took a handful of minutes. As a White Hat Gaming service, you’ll be accustomed to the steps if you’ve used one of their other online casinos. As well as choosing a currency, you’ll need to provide your name, address, username, password, and DOB. From here, you reach the Cashier page where you claim the welcome bonus with the first deposit.
While the welcome bonus doesn’t meet the heights of bCasino and many others, they do match the first deposit (anything up to £400). When you deposit for the second time, there’s also a 40% bonus on anything up to £3,000. Finally, on anything up to £1,500, the third deposit bonus is set to 60%.
In addition to the matched deposits, players will enjoy 50, 30, and then 40 bonus spins for Net Entertainment slots. On all bonuses, the wagering requirement has been set to 35x. During your time on Dream Vegas, you should find plenty of offers and bonuses, and this is one reason why many people are choosing the platform.
Depositing and Withdrawal
Before playing any games, you’ll need to deposit into your account. Here, we encounter one problem that early users of the service had not so long ago. Unfortunately, major debit cards and credit cards weren’t working, and players couldn’t deposit into their account. We believe this problem is now fixed, but there are other options if not. For example, you can deposit using eWallets such and Skrill and Neteller.
Whenever you choose to deposit, remember the £10 minimum rule; traditionally, this minimum was introduced because the online casino pays the fee on your behalf. Though we’re focusing on players in the UK today, it’s good to know that you can deposit both GBP and EUR.
At the other end, we hope you’ll need to know about the withdrawal process after successful times on Dream Vegas. There’s a minimum of £20, and you can choose the amount you wish to withdraw. During our testing, we found that all money was returned within three days.
These days, it’s very rare for an online casino to fall short when it comes to game variation, and Dream Vegas doesn’t disappoint either. Including the likes of Microgaming and NetEnt, they work with over 80 different developers and this means that the website holds over 1,000 games. In our opinion, it would be nice to see the minimum and maximum stakes next to each game, but this is just a performance preference of ours.
Depending on how you like to find games, there’s a search bar, options to filter, or you could just browse through those suggested. While on this note, we were a little disappointed by the lack of free games.
Back to the positives, players will find over 700 slots, 30 variations of blackjack, 16 roulette games, video poker, and a number of live games. If you’re big on live casinos, Dream Vegas is a fantastic choice. Not only do they have live roulette, they also offer live blackjack, live Casino Hold’Em, and plenty of others. Meanwhile, there isn’t too many alternative games.
Another trend for online casinos in recent years has been VIP schemes for their loyal players, and the one from Dream Vegas is perfect for customers. Judged by stakes and how frequently players join games, there’s a Silver, Gold, and Platinum Lounge with each offering different perks.
If you’re lucky enough to make it to the Platinum Lounge, the perks include access to the High Roller Tournament, a personal account manager, private events, quicker withdrawals (same day), and even birthday gifts.
Away from the three exclusive clubs, some people will qualify for Salon Privé and this is similar to what you might find in a real casino. As a private room, you can still enjoy the normal games but with various benefits for jumping across from your previous casino. While we were playing around with the platform, there was actually a competition with a prize trip to Las Vegas (not bad for playing on an online casino!).
With Dream Vegas, there’s plenty of support for players and it starts with the live chat function. Available all around the clock, even those with a question at 2am can get an answer thanks to this feature. After this, the email address is also closely manned which means that a reply shouldn’t take too long. On the other hand, we were slightly disappointed in the lack of FAQs and phone number.
Mobile and Desktop Experience
Although you don’t technically need any downloads to run Dream Vegas on a browser, we do recommend installing Google Chrome 30+ because it will improve your experience. Simultaneously, update your Adobe Flash because this will also allow the games to run smoothly.
On the whole, the website looks professional and we particularly liked the animated previews for games. If we were to suggest an improvement, it would be the filtering system in the lobby. Considering Dream Vegas has hundreds of games, we would expect a proper filter system to find the right games within a few moments (something that isn’t yet possible).
In terms of mobile, those who like to play on-the-go are well accommodated through the browser. When we tried the website on a mobile device, we found more than 100 slots available as well as a handful of live dealer games. For those who prefer to play on an app, this isn’t yet an option with Dream Vegas.
We mentioned that Dream Vegas has a selection of live games, but we think it deserves a section of its own. When creating the service, they clearly thought about the growing demand in this corner of online casinos, and it has led to this fantastic part of the website. Whether you play on desktop, mobile, or tablet, they work with Evolution Gaming and NetEnt to provide different live offerings.
You’ll obviously get access to traditional games, but we also liked the alternative games on show. This includes; Lightning Roulette, Football Studio, and Dream Catcher. For Evolution Gaming, they provide Live Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Live Three Card Poker, and Live Caribbean Stud. If you seek the thrill of live games, Dream Vegas is one of the best options around.
Betting Limits and RTP Percentages
With so many games, it’s perhaps not surprising to hear that Dream Vegas cover most markets in terms of betting limits. If we look at the slots, each spin ranges from 1p to £500. With roulette and blackjack from NetEnt, you can expect a minimum of 10p while high rollers have an opportunity to spend up to £10,000 on each game.
What’s more, we shouldn’t forget the progressives on the platform. For some players, they have walked away from Dream Vegas with life-changing, five-figure amounts.
As the theoretical return for each game, the RTP (return to player) percentage is an important consideration when choosing a new online casino. Unlike many casinos we’ve reviewed, Dream Vegas actually lists all RTP percentages on their website. At the moment, and as expected, blackjack leads the way with an RTP of over 99.8%.
If you’ve seen one of our reviews before, you’ll know we like to go over the responsible gambling features of online casinos. Once you have an account with Dream Vegas, we highly recommend reading through their responsible gambling policy (this is available through your account page).
If you’re still undecided as to whether Dream Vegas is the one, they have deposit limits, self-exclusion, and betting limits that can be set per day, week, and month. With the game time reminders, it’s possible to have them after just one minute. Often, it’s small steps like this that prevent somebody from addiction and serious financial problems.
Along with the time out options, we like the self-exclusion feature for players who really want or need a break. The good thing about self-exclusion with White Hat Gaming is that, once self-excluded on one website, they deny access on all of their betting platforms.
Despite a young history, Dream Vegas has impacted the industry positively and we don’t see why players won’t enjoy the platform. Although they could have better customer support, there’s plenty of games, the website and games work well on mobile, and the VIP scheme is rewarding. Why not try Dream Vegas today?
