Introduction

If you make bets on sporting events (or any event for that matter) you’re probably hoping to make some money in winnings for accurate predictions. If you’re one of the lucky few who are successful in securing some funds, you’ll probably want to withdraw your winnings at some point or another.

Before you dive straight into withdrawing funds out of nowhere, it’s always advised to compare the options available to you before you make a decision. This will help you see which processing time is the quickest (especially if you want your money in a rush) as well as which withdrawal methods have a fee or restrictions (if any).

Let’s take a look:

List of various Bet365 withdrawal methods

Bet365 withdrawal method Processing time
Debit cards (mastercard and visa) Up to 5 days
Paypal One day (up to 24 hours)
Direct bank transfer Up to 5 days
Apple Pay One day (up to 24 hours)
Bet365 branded card (mastercard) Up to 5 days
Pay safe card One day (up to 24 hours)

As you can see above, the list of payment methods is extremely varied so there is a method for almost everyone. If you prefer to have funds sent straight into your bank account then you can do so using the bank transfer (also known as a wire). If you are happy to keep your funds inside an e-wallet then you can use Apple pay (for apple product users only), or paypal.

If you prefer to use a card of some kind then the standard debit card, Bet365 card or pay safe card could be more appropriate. Try them out

Debit cards (mastercard and visa)

Debit cards have long been the most popular way to deposit money into a betting account but what about withdrawing? Since all debit cards are connected to a bank account it is very easy to withdraw funds back onto your card which is essentially the same as it reaching your personal bank account.

Fee to withdraw: None

Time to process: Up to 5 days (worst case scenario and dependent on your banking institution)

Paypal

Paypal is one of the world’s best known e-wallets and is the main wallet of its type currently used in the UK. What people love about Paypal is it’s ease of use, plus you only need to input your email address to send and receive funds. This is especially beneficial for withdrawing money from a betting account because you don’t need to have all of your bank account details to hand. You only need your email address – that is, assuming you have set up your paypal accurately to your bank account already.

Fee to withdraw: None

Time to process: One day (worst case scenario is 24 hours but many withdrawals are instant)

Direct bank transfer

A direct bank transfer, also known as a wire transfer is a common way for people to transfer money from one bank account to another and betting sites like Bet365 use them for their own withdrawals too. They are a traditional method, however it does require you to know all of your bank details in order to successfully receive funds into that account. Since it’s being handled by a bank it gives many punters confidence, however it is certainly not the fastest method available.

Fee to withdraw: None

Time to process: Up to 5 days (this is a worst case scenario and is dependent on your bank)

Using Apple Pay to withdraw at bet365

Apple Pay

Apple pay is a popular withdrawal method for most apple and iphone users these days. It usually comes built into most Apple devices and is a convenient way for users to send and receive money into their Apple wallet. Since it is an e-wallet (similar to Paypal) it is usually instantaneous to receive funds although it can take up to 24 hours in some scenarios. This really is a growing withdrawal option with Bet365.

Time to process: One day (worst case scenario is 24 hours but many withdrawals are instant)

Bet365 branded card (mastercard)

The Bet365 mastercard is a card specifically branded and owned by Bet365. It is a card that is connected directly to your Bet365 account and is one of the fastest methods to withdraw winnings too. To quote their website, they state that withdrawals “occur quickly” and that they do. Since it is connected to your betting account anyway, when you win money from your bets you will usually receive your winnings straight onto your card and then you can withdraw the funds from any ATM that accepts that card type.

Fee to withdraw: None

Time to process: Up to 5 days worst case scenario

To apply for a Bet365 mastercard you can head to your account and look for “services” and then select “Bet365 mastercard”. This will allow you to create your own account.

Pay safe card

A Pay safe card is similar to a prepaid card. Since they act the same way as a debit or credit card the process to withdraw onto one is simple. When depositing funds, users can transfer funds from a bank account or another card to “load” the money onto this card which is practically the same as what Bet365 will do when withdrawing your winnings to you.

Fee to withdraw: None

Time to process: One day (usually quite quickly but could take up to 24 hours)

Here is a table showing the minimum and maximum cash out amounts required to use each withdrawal method on Bet365

Bet365 withdrawal method Minimum cash amount Maximum cash amount
Debit cards (mastercard and visa) £5 £20,000
Paypal £10 £5,000
Direct bank transfer £5 £100,000
Apple Pay £5 £2,000
Bet365 branded card (mastercard) No set minimum, can vary £1000 per day
Pay safe card £5 £2,000

Be aware: When trying to select a withdrawal method, you can only access methods from which you have deposited money into the account.

What this means is, if you have only deposited money into the account via debit card, you will only be able to withdraw back onto your visa card. That means if you want to change to paypal or Apple Pay for your withdrawals, you will first need to deposit funds into the account to receive that as a withdrawal option!

How to withdraw funds from your Bet365 withdrawal options

Step #1: Log in or register

Once you reach the Bet365 website you will need to register or log into your account. If you are a brand new user of the site you will be able to register using the “join now” button in the top right hand corner of the homepage. You will then be met with the homepage

Step #2: Open your account dashboard

When you click your icon in the top right hand corner you will be met with a pop out screen that allows you to navigate to different areas of your account. When wanting to withdraw our funds we need to click on the “bank” button which is the top left icon in the middle of your new pop up dashboard. This will open the deposit and withdrawal screen.

As you can see below, this opens up your bank balance page. This is the first step in navigating to the withdrawal section. As you can see it shows the balance you have available in your Bet365 account (as you can see I have £0 available but I can still show you how to withdraw).

To the left of the screen, at the bottom of the list is the withdrawal button. This will open a brand new window for you.

Step #3: Withdrawing your funds using your chosen method

Selecting a withdrawal method at bet365

On the withdrawal screen you will only ever see the withdrawal options where you have used that same method to deposit funds into your account. As explained before, if you have not deposited funds using Paypal or Apple Pay, you will not be able to withdraw using these methods.

If you have deposited using multiple methods, then your screen will look a little different to the one from the account above who has only ever deposited using a debit card. If you have options, you will see a small dropdown box to select your method, right underneath the “withdraw” title of the page.

Once you have input all fields you are ready to withdraw by clicking the green button.

Final thoughts on Bet365 withdrawal times

Bet365 is one of the biggest betting sites in the world and as times have moved forward they have allowed punters to add multiple methods to withdraw their funds. This allows users to change and adjust their withdrawal methods depending on their circumstance at the time, such as if they need their funds quicker than the usual method they had used prior. They have a strong contender list of withdrawal methods which are all on the fast end and only occasionally will you find a withdrawal that takes the maximum time listed. This means you can be rest assured you’ll receive your hard-won funds in no time!
