Some training topics will include introduction to software testing, qTest, Jira, test design, and functional and regression testing.

After the initial training period, the new testers will try their hand at various techniques and will work on the company’s multiple products, systems, and projects. They will also train towards an industry qualification such as ISTQB Certified Tester.
