One of the top UK betting sites Betfred has signed an exciting new deal with provider of eSports data and odds PandaScore. The new partnership will see Betfred’s eSports offering expand and improve with the help of the tools and services provided by PandaScore. The deal is aimed to help Betfred become one of the leading UK eSports betting sites.

As part of the deal, Betfred will be able to access PandaScore’s portfolio, which comprises 308 markets. As a result, the bookmaker will be in a position to offer its customers over 32,000 eSports events available 24/7/365. This will make Betfred a very attractive option for UK bettors who are interested in eSports, as the betting provider will now be in a position to offer some of the most varied markets and events across the UK eSports betting industry.

The exact start of the new deal has not yet been announced, however Betfred will be eager to start as soon as possible as statistics show that betting sites who started using PandaScore’s products and services managed to increase their annual turnover by an average of 33%. Speaking about the new deal, Betfred Trading Director Craig Reid said:

“There’s a strong appetite for esports betting in the UK, so it made sense to partner with a data and odds supplier like PandaScore to give our customers more of what they love.”

PandaScore is a futuristic tech start-up and one of the high-flyers of the betting and gaming industry. Founded in 2015, it runs offices in Paris, London, and Valletta, and employs over 40 members of staff. The company provides B2B services to betting sites and bookmakers. It mainly specialises in providing statistics and odds for the most important eSports competitions across the globe. The company states that its goal is to build the data infrastructure that would allow the industry to rise to the next level using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and deep eSports expertise.

Some of the companies already using PandaScore include leading UK betting sites William Hill, as well as Ladbrokes and Coral (part of Entain Group). On PandaScore’s customer list one can also find betting sites such as pixel.bet, OpenBet, Loot.Bet, FortuneJack, and Favbet. This is a fast-growing list of customers, and the reason why betting sites are attracted to PandaScore is that it clearly explains that it is there mainly to improve the eSports betting industry for everyone involved.

Speaking about the new deal with Betfred, PandaScore Senior Sales Manager Dasha Kirilishina said:

“We’re incredibly pleased to partner with Betfred to help grow their esports product. We can’t wait to launch our product, delivering richer experiences for players and strong, sustainable growth for Betfred’s esports vertical. At PandaScore, the real work begins after the client has signed, as we focus on the success of our partners and our customer success team works tirelessly to guarantee that.”

With the first quarter of 2023 almost out of the way, Betfred is pulling all the stops to expansion and growth. In February, the bookmaker signed a milestone deal with International Game Technologies (IGT), which saw Betfred enter Nevada’s online betting and gaming market for the first time, and made it the first bookmaker to start using IGT’s PlaySports technology. The new deal with PandaScore will benefit Betfred customers in the UK and worldwide, as it means that the bookmaker will start offering bettors real-time data, statistics, and odds from the majority of eSports events and competitive gaming across the world.

The games PandaScore covers include Counter-Strike (CS), FIFA, Call of Duty, League of Legends, and many more. The company provides 360° coverage, real-time insights, and information based on over 1 billion data points collected each year. In terms of odds, the company guarantees that betting sites which use its services will improve their performance in the field of eSports betting through more consistent offerings, improved eSports knowledge and expertise, and a solid product foundation to build on a customer base interested in eSports. PandaScore offers complete eSports coverage, continual investment in performance and innovation, tailored markets and events, and highly profitable in-play products.

The new deal between Betfred and PandaScore is undoubtedly an important step not only for the two companies, but also for the UK betting and gaming industry as a whole. eSports betting is an exciting new part of the betting market, however some betting sites are still playing catch-up when it comes to the newest technologies available. It is expected that deals such as this one will help develop eSports betting and push it towards growth and improvement through more attractive portfolios and cutting-edge tech.
