Novo Interactive Signs Mentoring Software Contract with Neccton
HOT OFF THE PRESS – Leading responsible gambling software company Neccton will be providing its services to Austrian gambling, gaming, and betting platform Novo Interactive (a daughter company of Novomatic). Under the new agreement, Neccton will furnish Novo Interactive with innovative intelligent new betting software with “mentor” capabilities. Its job will be to analyse players’ behaviour in real time and spot any issues, such as fraud or irresponsible gambling. The software then mentors players and provides them with advice to help them limit their spending, while at the same time flagging their behaviour to the platform in case staff need to intervene and help.
Neccton, an Australian company with over 15 years of experience in the area of responsible gaming, is a leading expert in the field of anti-money laundering, fraud detection, responsible betting and gambling, and customer relationship management. It has a variety of software products available to all gambling platforms – from sports betting to Competitive Gaming and live casinos. The state-of-the-art analytic software will intelligently scan for red flags such as sudden increases in deposit frequencies or amounts. If there are any issues, the software will act as a reality check for the customer, helping them to modify their practices and protect themselves. In some instances, employees of the platform may also decide to intervene and work with the customer to help them if any assistance is required. If the flagged account is a fraudulent one, the platform (which will be notified as soon as the relevant behaviour has been detected) will be able to undertake immediate steps to protect the system in order to continue to provide seamless customer service to all the other users.
