Novo Interactive Signs Mentoring Software Contract with Neccton

HOT OFF THE PRESS – Leading responsible gambling software company Neccton will be providing its services to Austrian gambling, gaming, and betting platform Novo Interactive (a daughter company of Novomatic). Under the new agreement, Neccton will furnish Novo Interactive with innovative intelligent new betting software with “mentor” capabilities. Its job will be to analyse players’ behaviour in real time and spot any issues, such as fraud or irresponsible gambling. The software then mentors players and provides them with advice to help them limit their spending, while at the same time flagging their behaviour to the platform in case staff need to intervene and help.
