Paddy Power Sources Managed Services from Inspired Entertainment

Gaming giant Paddy Power has signed an exclusive contract with international gaming provider Inspired International. The new partnership means Inspired will be the exclusive provider of fully integrated managed services across the entire Paddy Power estate.

Paddy Power currently has over 350 betting shops in the United Kingdom. These contain over 1,400 machines, and Inspired’s role will include everything from new installations to remote or on-site tech support when required. Inspired will also take care of the sports betting and gaming software on the terminals, including any new deployment of platforms or content.

Further to this, the contract includes a commitment by Paddy Power to upgrade its betting estate by procuring new gaming-ready cabinets in 2023. It is expected that these will be Vantage^TM model, and that the bookkeeper will be interested in about 1,400 of them. The Vantage^TM gaming-ready cabinets are the newest product on offer by Inspired, and they feature a state-of-the-art intelligent operating system which has a user-friendly, modern menu. The system has an exciting new feature which makes game recommendations based on the current user’s game sessions.

Bateson spoke warmly of the relationship between the two companies, which, according to him, has developed over a number of years and has turned into an “excellent partnership”.
