Gaming giant Paddy Power has signed an exclusive contract with international gaming provider Inspired International. The new partnership means Inspired will be the exclusive provider of fully integrated managed services across the entire Paddy Power estate.

Paddy Power currently has over 350 betting shops in the United Kingdom. These contain over 1,400 machines, and Inspired’s role will include everything from new installations to remote or on-site tech support when required. Inspired will also take care of the sports betting and gaming software on the terminals, including any new deployment of platforms or content.

Further to this, the contract includes a commitment by Paddy Power to upgrade its betting estate by procuring new gaming-ready cabinets in 2023. It is expected that these will be VantageTM model, and that the bookkeeper will be interested in about 1,400 of them. The VantageTM gaming-ready cabinets are the newest product on offer by Inspired, and they feature a state-of-the-art intelligent operating system which has a user-friendly, modern menu. The system has an exciting new feature which makes game recommendations based on the current user’s game sessions.

Paddy Power is one of the largest UK sports betting platforms, as well as being one of the largest online betting sites and is known for its extremely diverse and uncommon betting markets, which include untraditional events such as election results and other political matters. Apart from those, Paddy Power offers all the usual markets – sports betting, lotteries, live casino, and betting games, and also a large portfolio of eSports and Competitive Gaming with a thousands of sporting events taking place 24/7.

While the deal with Inspired Entertainment means that customers will have outstanding betting experience in Paddy Power’s physical locations, a lot can be said about their online betting platform, which provides excellent betting odds and advanced user features such as in-play betting, bet builder, accumulator betting, live stats and information feed, bet calculator, and a first-class user interface which ensures that bettors can find what they need quickly and easily and focus on betting rather than on navigating Paddy Power’s website or mobile app. New customers should keep an eye on the company’s introductory offers – one is always available and the conditions are usually excellent. Currently, new customer will have their initial bet of up to £10 restored in the form of cash if it is a losing one. They also have a “Bet £10 get £40 in free bets + 10 free spins offer” which may disappear at any moment.

Both Paddy Power and Inspired entertainment appear to be very excited by their new exclusive partnership. President and COO of Inspired Brooks Pierce said:

“[…] We have a great relationship with Paddy Power and this agreement, including the provision of our new Vantage terminal, improves their product offering and drives revenue growth, while also reducing operational costs. […]”

Pierce also complemented Paddy Power on being an excellent sports betting operator which has betting shops at prime locations, and called the company a “premier provider”. He also spoke about Inspired’s ambition to transform their UK presence from a “hardware-centric, capital-intensive” one to an asset-light business focused on content, platform, and managed services.

In a statement by Paddy Power, Head of Retail gaming Vince Bateson said,

“Our customers know and trust Inspired’s product and we’re delighted to be able to enhance our offering with the very latest terminal and the very best technology. Inspired’s Vantage terminal has performed exceptionally well in our trials and is a perfect fit with our strategic goal of providing our customers with the best possible experience in our retail shops.”

Bateson spoke warmly of the relationship between the two companies, which, according to him, has developed over a number of years and has turned into an “excellent partnership”.

Inspired Entertainment is a multi-national gaming provider holding a large and ever-growing portfolio which includes the maintenance and support of over 50,000 gaming machines in over 35 countries. Its online footprint encompasses over 170 sports betting, casino, and gaming websites and platforms. In addition to all this, it has provided custom entertainment solutions to a large number of businesses and is currently responsible for over 16,000 amusement terminals. In the UK, it also work swith Sky Betting and Gaming (who currently has an excellent “Bet £5 get £20” introductory offer), Betfair (get up to £100 in free bets with the code in our list of top betting site offers), and Tombola. Other countries it work in include Australia, the US, and sports betting and live casino companies and platforms across the world.

The new partnership between Inspired and Paddy Power is certainly an exciting one, and we will follow with interest both companies’ future expansions and innovations.
