SponsioBet is one of the newest betting sites out there, having been established in May of 2020. Being so new, it’s up against some stiff competition. How do you know if SponsioBet is the best out there? This review has examined the site thoroughly, to see what they’re able to offer you. Read on to see what you can get from this brand new betting service.

Sports Available

The best place to start is with the sports that SponsioBet have available to you. When you log on, what kind of games will you be able to bet on? There are around 30 sports currently, giving you a good range to choose from. All the regular favourites are here, including football, basketball, horse racing, cricket, and more.

If you’re looking for something a bit more niche, you’re not going to find as much here. There’s handball, sailing, and biathlon available to you when you go to make a bet.

If you’re interested in eSports though, then you’re going to like the range of games you can bet on here. You can place a bet on games of Counter-Strike: GO, Dota 2, League of Legends, Rainbow Six, and more. It’s a great place to jump if you want to get started betting on eSports games.

Betting Markets

There’s a good range of sports here, but what are the betting markets like? You’ll see that there’s hundreds of betting markets across all the sports listed here. That gives you a lot of options, so you can place the kind of bet that works best for you.

The only issue is with the horse racing markets. You’ll see that they’re quite limited here, so you’re not going to find what you want here if you’re a horse racing better primarily.

The betting margins here are offering good value, as they average out at about 9.09%. That’s not the best out there, as some sites can offer margins at about 2.9%.

If you like live betting sites then there’s lots for you here. You can check out the live calendar, to see what games are coming up soon. If you see a match you want to bet on, you can do so while it’s in progress. The only drawback here is that there’s no live streaming currently. This is a very new site though, and they could easily implement this feature in the coming months. With lots of punters not looking for live streaming, it may not be a problem for you.

While the markets are very much average right now, you must remember how new this site is. These are bound to improve as time goes on.

Site Design

If you decide to visit SponsioBet, what kind of experience are you going to have? The betting site itself is very clean and organised in its design. It uses a black, white and red colour palette, masking it feel very professional in its approach. If you’ve ever wanted to feel like a pro when betting, here will be the place to go.

When you sign onto the site, you’ll be taken right to their ‘event view’ tab. This shows you any events that are currently happening, and all the markets that are currently available on them. You can go to the dashboard to see what else is live now or upcoming, or go to the results tab to see all the latest results. If you want to look for a certain game, you can check through the tabs on the left hand side of the screen.

Links for other useful info is at the bottom of the screen. This is where you’ll find the FAQ, info about deposits, the VIP club, and more.

On desktop the site is smooth and responds well, loading in minutes. How does it work if you’re using it on mobile? It’s just as good with a mobile browser version that’s designed for touchscreen use. There’s no apps available right now, but again they could be forthcoming in the future. Right now though, you don’t need to use an app as the mobile browser version works so well.

The site is well designed and laid out, making it so easy to find what you need when you log on. The lack of an app may bother some people, but all in all you’ll love what’s available to you here.

Welcome Bonus

Being so new, SponsioBet need a way to convince you to give them a try. Like many other online sportsbooks out there, they need to offer you a welcome bonus. What kind of bonus are you going to get here, and is it worth it?

Right now, when you sign up you’ll be entitled to a £10 free bet when you make a deposit of £10 or more. It’s very simple, and you can use it as soon as you’ve made that deposit. You can select any sport you like to make that bet on. You’ll just need to ensure that the selection you choose is priced at ½ (1.50) or higher.

It’s a very basic offer, and there’s certainly other sites out there that are offering you more in terms of a bonus. However, being so basic it’s much easier to understand. It’s great if you’re new to the betting scene, and just want to try the site out.

How about promotions for existing customers? Usually, betting sites will have promotions available to you to encourage you to keep coming back. The site is set up for promotions, but right now there don’t appear to be any on there. As they’re still looking for new members, that’s to be expected. Hopefully these will be forthcoming in the future.

VIP Club

There may not be any promotions right now at SponsioBet, but what you can do is get involved with the VIP scheme they have set up. Once you’ve signed up with the site, you’ll be a member of the club and be able to access some great rewards.

When you sign up, you’ll join at the Bronze level. This gives you access to bonuses like a points to cash service, and a monthly newsletter letting you know about what’s happening on the site. The more points you accumulate, the further up the ranks you go. When you reach Diamond level, you’ll get VIP customer support, birthday presents, a personal account manager, and more.

You’ll earn points every time you play on SponsioBet. You’ll earn 1 point for every £16 you bet, and that will be put towards your total. Every month your account will be assessed and you’ll be moved up to the next level if you have enough points. The amount of points you’ve earned in the last three months will count towards this goal.

The VIP club scheme is pretty easy to follow, and anyone can make their way up the levels if they stick with the site. It’s a good way to reward you for playing consistently, especially as the rewards are on par with what other sites are offering you. If a good VIP club is on your list of must haves, you’ll find it here.

Banking With SponsioBet

If everything here has convinced you to give SponsioBet a shot, then you’ll need to look into banking. Can you make your deposits with your preferred payment method?

There’s a good variety of payment methods here that you can choose from. Firstly, you can use your bank account to make payments, either via your Visa, MasterCard or Maestro card, or via a direct bank transfer. Want to use an eWallet instead? There’s lots here you can use. These include:

  • PayPal
  • Trustly
  • PaySafeCard
  • EcoPayz

It’s a good range of eWallets, so if you’re a betting veteran you’re probably already using one of these. Even if you’re not, you probably already have a PayPal account. It’s good to see PayPal here, as they only partner up with the most trustworthy sites out there. That’s a good sign that this site are one of the best out there.

The only fly in the ointment is that there’s a fee for making withdrawals of your winnings. At time of writing, this fee is £2.50 per withdrawal. You’ll also need to make the withdrawal into the same account you used to make the deposit. If you make a big win you probably won’t even miss that fee. Hopefully this is something that gets phased out when the site gets more established.

Customer Support

Every good site needs to have a good customer support team behind them. They need to be able to put things right for customers when things don’t go according to plan, and get them back to the games they were enjoying. What kind of customer support can SponsioBet offer you?

As mentioned earlier, there’s an FAQ that you can peruse right from the home page. This is perfect if you have any questions about signing up or using the service. It covers most common issues, so you can see what to do next in no time.

Was your question not in the FAQ? Then you can talk to the team to see what your next steps are. Firstly, you can try the live chat, which is available directly on the site. This is what most punters like to use, so it’s good to see it’s available here. You can also get in touch via email or contact form on the site, too. These are open from 8am – 12 am every day.

These are some great options, but there are some things we feel are lacking. Firstly, it’s a shame there’s no phone line available. It’s another good way to get in touch when you need help right away, so hopefully it will be included before long. Also, the opening hours are long enough to cover most players, but if you’re a late night better you won’t be able to get help here. We’d hope to see a 24/7 service included. Otherwise though, the customer service is good and can solve most issues quickly for you.

As a newer betting service, there are lots of small niggles that we would like to see solved by SponsioBet in the near future. Fort example, it would be great to see a live streaming option on the site, to go with all the other live betting options they currently have. That would hake following along with a match much easier.

When it comes to the banking, we’d like to see the end of the £.250 withdrawal fee. It’s quite steep, and with so many other sites not charging for the same service, it’s going to hurt them. We’d also like to see more promotions offered to existing customers, so they can get more out of their time on the site.

As it’s a newer site though, there’s no doubt things will change over time. They’ll be adjusting things as they go, so you’ll probably see these improvements made soon. As it is, there’s a lot to love about the site.

The game selection is great, with an interesting focus on eSports. If you love betting on virtual sports, then you’re in the right place here. With all the favourites available too, you won’t have to search long to find something good.

The payment options are great, with lots of variety. It’s good to see that PayPal are involved, as they’re the sign of a good quality betting site. The customer service is great too, with a few different avenues to get help, and long opening hours.

Finally, the VIP Club gives you the chance to make the most of your winnings. You’ll be able to earn points with every bet you make, so as long as you’re playing you can work your way up the levels.

If you want to get in on the ground floor of SponsioBet, now’s the time to do it. They’re bound to grow into their role, and offer you even more than they are already. Give them a try, you may find they’re your new favourite betting site.
